We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products purchased from Pink Soil, except as required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed. Please ensure all details (size, quantity, shipping address, etc.) are correct before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept general returns or refunds, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review such cases individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion, where reasonably possible.
